There's something you don't see every day
Don't look at what I just wrote and think I'm trying to write some sort of beautiful poem, or a pretty story. Because I really wasn't. Those were my thoughts on my trip. The way I see it is this...

Sanity is where you control what you think

Insanity is where you can't control what you think

But those aren't opposites. One is a deficit in the other. There's something on the other side of insanity, where you truly know what you think. When you get to that point, suddenly, you see your thoughts spread open like a map, you know where you are, and you know where you want to be. You can't control your thoughts, but you can choose where they're going - they get the right to choose their route. My route took me through some weird apparently attempt at poetry or something, but it's not how I got there, but it's where I arrived at.

You're actually unbelievably privileged to have seen that, not that a single one of you will appreciate that. You can't see the significance of what I just wrote to me, or what it actually means, but suffice it to say, you just saw my thoughts, as I thought them. Not often I do that. It's certainly something you don't see every day, that much is clear.

And with that, I shall sleep.
