Well that was fun.. 16 minutes on the treadmill to do 2.5km (which is poor, but it was partly just warming up), followed by 25 minutes on the exercise bike to do 15km (which includes five minutes of 'cooling down' at a low speed and resistance).

Before exercise I snacked on apple, afterwards I refreshed myself with orange juice and crushed raspberries, and a bunch of grapes. That's three of my Five A Day nailed before noon :o)

Now the trick is to repeat that...
