Ah, that felt good.. I went on a three mile walk up to the suspension bridge at lunch and back.. This had two key advantages:

1. It means I've already walked four miles today, with at least another mile to get to the station later and possibly another mile and a half to get home after that
2. It did not take me past any confectionary shops, so I have not eaten sugar for lunch

All this has contributed to me weighing in at 13st 9lbs, which is probably the lightest I've been in a year.. Anyway, I had more to write, but I'm busy busy busy right now..
