There was a post earlier, but it didn't come through....
I'm shattered... Three hours of training with Smash & Grab, and now a further two hours of practice with the Mohawks. Then tomorrow I have Swing Dancing, Tuesday I have more Frisbee, Wednesday I have more Frisbee... I'm wondering exactly at what point my body will have time to heal... Oh well, I really improved my throws today, so at least I'm getting something out of it, despite the pain :o)

Time to be going - getting a lift with Roland and Waggle...
Anyway, that was earlier. Now, I am absolutely knackered... Must rest....
