And better again
2012

I'm telling you, my knee has been on and off more times tonight than I can remember. It was still irritating me after I'd taken my maximum daily does of paracetamol, and used my maximum daily dose of heat spray on it. Ouch... Oh, as an aside, I think Bri and I have won the battle with that moron in AGTS, just be virtue of arguments like the following:

Anyhow, don't you find it funny how "We can't give in to terrorism," then
turn around the next week and tell the Taliban that they have to give over
Osama bin Ladin, or we will systematically bomb them?
I mean really, the kid doesn't have a leg to stand on... He seems to think that the terrorists can do no right and America can do no wrong. Such foolish ideals are always rewarded with failure in debate.

Anyhow, yes, my knee. I get chronic rheumatism sometimes, and with winter drawing in, it's only going to get worse :o\ Any of you ever wondered why I always wear socks in bed? Well, actually, I guess none of you would have - well the reason is that heat loss through my feet is one of the contributing factors, so I try to minimize that. Anyhow, today I managed to get excrutiating pains (for about an hour or two at a time) no less than 5 times. Took a dose of paracetamol and sprayed my knee with my heat spray for the first 4 times, but obviously after that, I was out of my daily allowance of both. What I really needed was a warm stomach to put my knee in, but I didn't have one handy......

Anyway, it's gone now, hopefully for a long while. We shall see. I've just been out to buy drink - I was thirsty. I've got an odd concoction here which contains more fruit juice than carbonated water - it tastes weird. Oh well. More later, I guess.... Oh, and this just in from that DMZ lunatic while we were all sleeping ;o)

He loves us all really. Plus, he called me "the pack leader" - it's unusual for them to acknowledge the fact that it's my army - mostly, they pretend it belongs to Chas just to upset me (which doesn't, since Chas belongs to me anyway :o)
